If you're having trouble removing your clear aligners or retainers, then this tool is the solution for you! The Outie Tool safely and easily removes clear invisible braces such as TRU-LINE™ and Invisalign®, as well as clear Essix retainers. This product was created by an Invisalign patient!
Now improved and stronger than ever! The Outie Tool pops your aligners out easily and quickly the first time, even when you have attachments on your teeth! Each pack comes with 7 Outie Tools: 2 electric blue, 2 neon green, and 2 hot purple. (The Outie tools are not sold individually; they only come in a pack of 7). You'll have extra to stash at work, in your car, in your purse or briefcase, or anywhere you need to remove your aligners or clear retainers! Comes with full instructions.
How to Use The Outie Tool:
1. Use lever end to push your bottom aligner up and off. Gently but firmly push the bottom aligner up (don't pull outward).
2. Use the hook end to pull the top aligner down and off. Gently but firmly pull the top aligner down (don't pull outward). The hook may be inserted either on the tongue side of the mouth or outside on the gum line.
Make sure to fully engage the lever end and the hook end between aligner and teeth.
Tips:
Aggressive or improper use of the tool can result in breakage, if you're having a difficult time in one area, move the Outie Tool to a new position and try again.
Do not keep pulling down or pushing up forcefully because this may cause the Outie Tool to break.
If your aligners are very tight, rinse your mouth with warm water before trying to remove them with the Outie Tool.
Please note: this item is not returnable due to health regulations.

This tool is perfect to remove my Invisalign retainer! My retainer is very difficult to remove in the morning and I am constantly breaking my nails! This saves my nails and is strong enough to remove the retainers. I highly recommend it.

I got an aligner removal tool from my orthodontist. Small size was nice, but it was often hard to grip in my hands. The OUTIE tool is easier to hold onto. You DO have to be patient & get used to it & figure out the best place to start with each ALIGNER.

This tool is super easy to use. It slips under the Invisalign retainer ("braces") and pops it right out, which means no more broken fingernails for me! Thank you so much!
My orthodontists office didn't know about these so I'm giving him one and all of the information to get more. Now his other patients will have help!

The hooks are do not fit in between my gums and invisalign. I have a friend who this product works really well for. I bought it because she said it was great. But it didn't work for me. :(
Merchant Response
We're sorry to hear that the Outie Tool didn't work well for you, Diana. You must be sure to follow the instructions on the package. Most of our customers use this product and like it very much. However, sometimes a product just doesn't work for everyone, because everyone's retainers and teeth are different.
