This blue reusable hot / cold gel pack remains flexible and pliable even when fully frozen. It can also be heated, for full hot/cold therapy. Because it remains flexible when frozen, it conforms to your face better than a plain white ice pack. Once frozen, it will stay frozen on your face for about 30 minutes. These ice packs are 3" X 6" for full facial coverage in your Cool Jaw wrap. Sold individually. Buy 4 to ensure that you always have 2 which are frozen.
Instructions: Freeze the ice packs for at least 2 hours before the first use. Keep two on your face and two in the freezer for continuous cold therapy.
The white ice packs that come with the Cool Jaw Wrap stay cold the longest, but they are not flexible. If you need an ice pack which remains flexible when frozen (and can also be heated, for hot/cold therapy) then this ice pack will do the trick!

- Durable; easy refreeze, but glad we placed two orders to assist with the frequent on/off routine throughout the first days post-procedure. The packs are slim, and perfect for the Face Wrap because the packs don't add bulky weight against the face.

Worked great for my son after jaw surgery. He used gel frozen for the first couple of days then He used them warm. He would even use the wrap without the gel inserts. Great product!
