Customer Q & A
When you've had jaw surgery, you are often told that you can't suck on a straw for a period of tim because it could cause bleeding, pain, and pressure. If you've had your jaw wired shut, you won't be able to chew anything. That makes it very difficult to get the nutrition you need! It helps to have a squeeze bottle or two on hand.
This durable 32-ounce Mueller brand soft squeeze bottle has been a favorite with sports teams for years. It's great for water, to keep you hydrated in the days after oral surgery. The straw is also large enough that this bottle could accommodate something a little bit thicker, such as a smoothie. It has a wide mouth for easy filling and cleaning. Made of soft LDPE plastic.
Just squeeze the bottle and the liquid freely flows from the bottle through the straw, and into your mouth -- no sucking required. The harder you squeeze the bottle, the faster and more forcefully the liquid comes out of the straw.
Long after you have recovered from your surgery, you will be able to use this durable bottle for hydration.
This 32-ounce (1000 ml) squeeze bottle is made by Mueller, and features a wide mouth for easy filling and cleaning. Made of soft LDPE plastic.
This squeezable soft sports bottle is a must-have for after jaw surgery. I highly recommend getting one or two for easy hydration.
This has been indispensible after my jaw surgery! When your lips are swollen and can barely move, the straw bypasses all of that and gets water right in your mouth. It's pretty big so it holds a lot of water. The water never tastes like plastic either, even when left in the bottle all day long. The mouth of the bottle is large enough to fit in ice cubes if one desires.
